Fire Damage, Oshkosh Home

After a fire in this Oshkosh Home, we had to redo the living room, kitchen and clean throughout. Notice the great kitchen cabinets, flooring, and updates. Within the living room updated flooring, drywall, paint and finishing touches.
We’ve finally put the finishing touches on this home, all finished and looking better than ever!

Updating and Remodeling

This homeowner suffered cracks and peeling of paint throughout her upstairs ceiling, along with a bathroom that needed to be updated and remodeled.

Water Loss Commercial Property

A commercial property suffered a WATER loss just a few weeks prior. The property was for sale, so we had to come in quickly do the job right and be able to get it done before it went to closing.

Frozen pipes burst inside the vacant building, and sat for an unknown period of time. The water had wicked up the drywall at least two feet and had to be removed. We started the mitigation immediately and are in process of reconstruction.

Commercial Water Damage Restoration

After a very small fire in a bathroom unit of a massive apartment complex, a rather large WATER LOSS occurred in Oshkosh, WI. The small FIRE started in the second story bathroom, after the smoke and ignition the sprinkler system went off sending water cascading down to the one below. We were able to dry out the carpeting in the hallways of the apartment but we removed drywall, insulation and flooring. Then installed drywall, flooring and painted throughout the units.

After the water loss we had to come in and demo.

The completed project looks updated and new!

Fire Restoration Services, House Fire

After a massive house fire in the Madison area, we were excited to get started on this large project. Our main priority is doing things right the first time and getting this homeowner back into his home!

After this house fire we had to start from square one practically.

Aquire Restoration, Bathroom Remodel

This homeowner was looking for an updated bathroom. After working within the space we came in and made a few changes.

Keeping the bathtub we replaced the surround. We also ripped off the white board paneling throughout the bathroom. With new paint, vanity unit, and more we really gave this bathroom an updated modern and beautiful look!

Currently we are still working on this massive fire that ripped through the garage and house. The garage framing is up and we are ready to continue with an unbelievable transformation for these homeowners!

A commercial water loss. Had us hop into this apartment complex. After water came from the upstairs we came in for a massive drying and restoration project!

Bathroom Remodel! What a difference! Before they had a dated look, but after we came in we brought them back into a modern day look! What a beaut!

Quite a few FIRES have occurred throughout Wisconsin. A variety of causes have started these fires.

Remember to practice “Fire Safety” with your family. Discuss different techniques of what to do and how to escape if a fire occurs in your home.

A WATER loss can occur through no fault of your own. But sometimes it happens and could have been avoided. Check out the “Top 5 Common Problems” to make sure your sump pump is running properly and avoid some of these issues that can happen.

Water Restoration: Frozen Pipes, BURST!

We just wrapped up on a project that started in November. Frozen pipes had burst in the second story level which caused extensive water damage in this rental property. The family had left for the weekend, and unfortunately turned their furnace off. Upon their return the water had seeped from the 2nd level bathroom, down into the kitchen and leaving traces of water in the basement as well.
Initially we removed water from the premise, dried the structure, removed wet building materials. Then started the rebuild.

We were able to save the baseboards in the upstairs bathroom but needed to replace the vinyl flooring.

In the kitchen we initially pulled the cabinets off the wall, ripped out the drywall and insulation and replaced it. We also replaced the kitchen ceiling made it a drop ceiling and installed faux-tin ceilings!
